• SLOKEN - AN ILLUSTRATION COME TO LIFE

“Sloken” is an attempt to breathe life into an illustration, to take the imagination that a picture can create and raise it to a new level. The challenge with Sloken was to produce a physical object with high craftsmanship value that has the feel of the original drawing. A piece of furniture to play with, ride on, pull behind you, climb over, push in front of you and talk to. Sloken creatures are made of solid oak carved by hand and chemically dyed. The animal's body is a combination of different textures and surfaces with leather and brass details.
